MEET BRANDON GHIOSSI
Brandon began his career at Wells Fargo Bank underwriting debt instruments for technology and real estate companies in Silicon Valley. Following his time in finance, Brandon worked for respected Southern California developers Nexus Development and Lewis Operating Corp. in a variety of roles that included asset management, construction management, and sales and marketing. For five years Brandon served as the Vice President of Asset Strategy and a member of the leadership team at Phoenix Investment Funds, a nationwide distressed commercial real estate private equity fund. Brandon oversaw the firm’s portfolio of distressed debt and real estate assets and managed the creation and execution of the strategic business plans for each asset, consistently delivering top-of-market returns to the fund’s investors.
At Timshel, Brandon is the company’s main point of contact, splitting his time between consulting for his clients and creating value for Timshel’s syndication investors…. while always looking for the next great deal.
Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in American Literature from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
Brandon loves playing golf, reading, and spending time with his three younger brothers. For over 25 years, Brandon has volunteered extensively in Tecate, Mexico, leading groups of high school students in the construction of new homes for impoverished families, in addition to other construction and community outreach programs. In the States, Brandon works with various Southern California and national organizations fighting systemic homelessness and its accompanying issues. Foster teens are some of the most vulnerable members of our society. Left to fend for themselves at age 18, foster teens emancipate out of the government system with little to no advantage. When teens age out of the foster care system, they’re left with nowhere else to go consequently becoming some of society’s most forgotten, abused, and marginalized members. Homelessness, incarceration, and human trafficking are just some of the negative outcomes pervading this emancipation crisis. Teen Leadership Foundation launched with a mission to eternally improve the lives of emancipating foster teens through leadership equipping programs.

A ministry that serves those in Costa Mesa, CA that are experiencing homelessness. We provide services that are meant to help restore dignity, build relationships, and ultimately help our friends restore their lives. Every Saturday morning at The Crossing Church in Costa Mesa, CA.
